Welcome to the Service First Online Travel Team

Service First offers travel assistance to organizations using the Carlson E2 Online Travel System. Our travel team members can book travel on behalf of users, add new travelers to the Carlson system, and assist with user questions and issues.


To begin, submit a NEW TRAVEL REQUEST form, or email Travel@ServiceFirst.net with all required details. Within one business day you will be contacted by our team to begin reviewing your travel options. Simply select the travel desired and all information will be entered into E2. Travelers or staff members can review each authorization prior to submission to an approver, and support is available to assist in any step of the process.


If a traveler is not an existing E2 User, simply complete the NEW TRAVELER form and submit with your trip request. Updates are provided via email and personal phone assistance is available.


In addition to booking assistance, our Travel Team Members continue to track each trip request to reduce issues in the approval and ticketing process. Other services include daily and weekly reporting and trip management, post-travel support, and financial system integration.
